Steve is a transactional attorney serving a wide variety of corporate clients on all aspects of business transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions, leases, dispositions and financings of health care facilities and providers, including long term care facilities, assisted living facilities and home health agencies. Mr. Sher has additional experience with commercial real estate, tax certificate sales, corporate matters, nursing home licensure and certifications, HUD loans, management agreements, leases, options and numerous other business and commercial transactions. Since 2006, Mr. Sher has acted as the head of the firm’s executive committee, the managing partner and the chair of the health care, finance, real estate, corporate, regulatory, technology, management, associate and transactional departments.  Now he just needs committee members.
