Kim started as an associate at the firm in September, 2009. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including financial and regulatory matters. Kim focuses her practice on the representation of owners, operators and investors mainly in the home-health, senior care, retail and office property markets, including property acquisition, sales and leasing, lending and refinancing.
