Kim has been with the firm since December, 2006. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, leasing and finance. She specifically represents clients in health care transactions including nursing home licensure. Her finance experience includes representing borrowers in a variety of asset-based and secured financing transactions, including acquisitions, refinancing, and permanent financing loans. She is also highly experienced in multifamily project loans insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Federal Housing Administration. Kim has is the head of the Firm’s human resource department. Kim recently got married, but her email stayed the same.
