Karen is a transactional attorney serving clients in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters from acquisitions and sales of single family residences to multi-unit buildings, commercial and industrial buildings. She has assisted clients with townhome developments, condominium conversions. Ms. Grad has additional experience with landlord tenant issues, evictions, short sales and foreclosures. Ms. Grad has been in private practice since 1993 and became of counsel in 2008.
